Patient Information: M.W., a 68-year-old female, presented with symptoms including: uneven shoulders, postural deviation, spinal rotation, lower back pain, neck pain, and right leg pain. Additionally, M.W. reported stress, coldness and numbness of hands and feet, melancholy, and indigestion.
Diagnosis: Upon thorough evaluation the initial assessment revealed a bottom right c-curve with a curvature measuring 50 degrees.
Treatment Approach: M.W. underwent a comprehensive treatment regimen, which included two weeks of intensive care treatment, disc hydration therapy, activation of dormant muscle layers, dietary recommendations, spinal and neck traction therapy, and a order made corset.
Outcome: Following treatment, the curvature was reduced to 38 degrees. M.W. experienced significant relief from pain, improved mobility, and better overall function. Long-term management involves continuing posture correction exercises and hip flexibility exercises to maintain the achieved results.
Early treatment interventions can mitigate symptoms, improve spinal alignment, and promote functional independence. It is important to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based approaches while emphasizing personalized care.
