Introduction: The patient, referred to as M.Y., is a 54-year-old female who presented with scoliosis in January 2014. The initial diagnosis revealed an S-curve of 60.5 degrees on the top right curve and 39.5 degrees for the bottom left curve. The right hip was observed to be 4 degrees higher than the left side. The primary symptoms included uneven shoulders, her posture slightly leaning to one side, a straight neck, cold hands and feet, and spinal rotation.

Treatment:  The treatment plan included a 2-week intensive care treatment, spinal and neck traction therapy, disc hydration treatment, dormant muscle activation treatment, and neck natural C-curve restoration treatment. In addition, the patient was prescribed posture correction exercises to help manage the pain and slow the progression of the scoliosis.

Outcome: After the treatment, the curvature was reduced to 58 degrees on the top right curve and 34.5 on the bottom left curve. This reduction in curvature is a positive outcome, indicating the effectiveness of the treatment plan.

Conclusion: This case study of patient M.Y. shows that intensive therapies can potentially manage scoliosis and alleviate pain. More research is required for confirmation and to investigate long-term effects.
